My Music CareerMy music career started when I was about 9 years old entering singing competitions. When I left school I attended Dartford College of Performing Arts and gained a BTEC National in Performing Arts. In 1993 I went to Butlins and auditioned to be a red coat.

 

I got the job and worked at Summer West World in Minehead, had a great time and met lots of lovely people.In 2008 & 2012 I had the pleasure of working alongside the military wife's choir and the military brass band. In the show music of the night that was held in the Plymouth barracks people used to come from miles to see the show.3 years ago I was asked to perform at Biggin Hill farm as a warm up act for the wurzel’s.

 

I worked in mental health for 10 years also brought up my four children and fostered 4 others and run my own businesses Holmes hampers in between singing in pubs/clubs/hotels/holiday camps/weddings/corporate and private gigs.I’ve recently recorded a copy of Celine Dion song I'm alive that is currently on you tube under Debbie Holmes we have hit 1.8k in less then 3 months I’m very excited about this.
